Porto to Lisbon cycle route We arranged a one way rental of bikes from Porto to Lisbon (Óbidos) with Vueguini. From the initial inquiry, everything was very professional and well organised. The bikes were ready on arrival, and we were given a thorough, but friendly handover. An added bonus was that the collection shop was ideally located for the start of the route. The one way hire worked very well and the security deposit was repaid promptly. We would highly recommend Vueguini Scooter and bike rental Porto.

Un excellent loueur de vélos, en bon état et bien équipés : 8 vitesses, casque et sacoches fournis à la demande. Personnel très serviable qui vous indique les meilleurs itinéraires à vélo. Bien situé à la sortie du centre-ville, très pratique pour longer l'estuaire du Douro. Service de dépannage assuré dans un rayon de 12 km. Le tout pour un prix très raisonnable : 16 euros la journée complète pour un vélo mécanique.

E-bike hire in Porto We hired 2 e-bikes and cycled 40km on both sides of the Douro River.The bike hiring process was quick and included a very helpful briefing of routes to ride.The bikes were in good condition and worked very well.Would definitely recommend using Viguini Bike rental.

Good e-bike rental in Porto We have rented e-bikes from this company to explore Porto. Good bikes with high capacity batteries. The steep slopes in Porto also pull these bikes into gear 1. The e-bike bikes do not have a basket or phone holder, so bring your own.

Muy buena experiencia con Vieguini. Los dos últimos días en Oporto decidimos alquilar una moto para recorrer los alrededores (Foz, Matusinhos, Afurada, señor de Pedra...) y fue una magnífica experiencia. El equipo de Vieguini nos aconsejó dentro de las motos disponibles siempre amoldándose a mí preferencia. Además, las recomendaciones fueron ideales, sobre todo para probar las sardinhas a la brasa en Matusinhos y también para conocer las mejores rutas para ir con la moto. Alquilamos una moto de 110 que consumió muy poco y que estaba totalmente nueva por algo más de 60€ y una fianza de 300€ que me devolvieron sin problema al dejarla antes de ir al aeropuerto. La oficina está muy bien situada y puedo decir que esos dos últimos días fueron la guinda ideal al viaje que hicimos. Gracias!

Best Porto Scooter Experience we got a vespa from vieguini, and it was such an amazing experience that we had to go back a few days later and rent another bike for the day! there is no better way to see the doura river, or go up the atlantic coast west of porto to see the sea or taste the best seafood of your life. the staff is super friendly and very accommodating. on our second day, it looked like they didn't have a bike for us (as we stepped in pretty last minute), but they moved some things around for us and hooked us up. now i want one in my daily life haha! will definitely go there next time we're in porto!

PROFESSIONALE. Abbiamo prenotato 4 e-bike la sera prima per essere sicuri di avere i mezzi il mattino dopo. Alle 9.30 ci siamo presentati in negozio e ci hanno fatto vedere come usare la parte elettrica. La batteria è molto potente e ha un'autonomia di circa 80 Km quindi permette di andare ovunque. Le bici erano perfette e molto ben tenute. Freni e cambio ottimi. Abbiamo prenotato 4 ore, con la possibilità di estendere a tutta la giornata e pagando solo la fascia di intervallo realmente utilizzata. Abbiamo poi utilizzato 6 ore. Il pagamento è stato facile. Chiedono una cauzione di 300 euro a bici che viene restituita appena le riporti. Ti fanno la cancellazione dell'importo trattenuto sulla carta di credito e ti rilasciano lo scontrino della cancellazione del POS quindi sei tranquillo che non è stato fatto alcun addebito. La nostra banca ha sbloccato il denaro il giorno dopo, quindi tutto perfetto. Dovessimo tornare a Porto riprenoteremo sicuramente da Vieguini

Smooth bike rental service for Porto to Santiago de Compostela. A blogger used Vieguini and recommended this outfit. They have a good selection of bikes and equipment. We reserved the bikes 4 months in advance as to make sure they had the bikes available for us.

They processed us efficiently, they spoke English and had a good sense of humor (love the Portuguese). We chose hybrid bikes, they were used (to be expected) and worked well from Porto to Santiago, we had no problems with the bikes. Be sure to ck your panniers (and extra equipment) as one set should have been retired or repaired, they did not close well and we had to buy safety pins to keep them closed. Don't forget to ask for rain covers for the panniers!

I recommend renting a stem bag as well, this makes it easy to access your phone and other small items since you will be mapping out your route on Google Maps - and the route can change depending on the grade of the road, weather, traffic, etc - you will not always be on "The Camino". In Portugal you cannot ride on the beach boardwalk until you get to Spain; this is a new posting this year. (We did the Portuguese Coastal Route.) After picking up your bike you get on the bike lane from Vieguini and go.

The Vieguini team is very helpful, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend. Dropping the bikes off in Compostela was easy. Renting the bikes was smooth from the start of getting the bikes to the drop off point.

BTW, I also recommend the hotel Porta Nobre Boutique Hotel, just a block or two from Vieguini, great location on the Duero River.
